Directions

The Corner Flag is located on the corner of Henry Street and O'Curry Street in Limerick City.

From Cork side:
  • Coming into Limerick on the N20 you arrive at the Adare/Limerick flyover, take the second (Limerick) exit.
  • Keep going until you see the Limerick Regional Hospital/Galway/Shannon signpost exit. Take this exit.
  • At the first roundabout, take the first exit (straight through).
    The Industrial estate should be on your right, Dell etc.
  • At the next roundabout, take the second exit (turning right) into Raheen.
  • At the next roundabout, take the first exit (turning left).
    The South court hotel is on your left.
  • At the next roundabout, take the second exit (straight through).
  • At the next roundabout, take the third exit (turning right) onto Limerick's Dock road.
  • Keep going and take the right turn before Dolan's pub.
    The next street on the Dock road is Curry street but you can't turn right.
  • Turn left at the next junction onto Limerick's Henry street.
    Travel 100 yards and the Corner Flag bar is on the next juntion on the left side.
From Kerry side (Through Adare):
  • Travel through Adare on the N21 route.
  • Keep going until you see the Limerick Regional Hospital/Galway/Shannon signpost exit. Take this exit.
  • At the first roundabout, take the first exit (straight through).
    The Industrial estate should be on your right, Dell etc.
  • At the next roundabout, take the second exit (turning right) into Raheen.
  • At the next roundabout, take the first exit (turning left).
    The South court hotel is on your left.
  • At the next roundabout, take the second exit (straight through).
  • At the next roundabout, take the third exit (turning right) onto Limerick's Dock road.
  • Keep going and take the right turn before Dolan's pub.
    The next street is Curry street but you can't turn right.
  • Turn left at the next junction onto Limerick's Henry street.
    Travel 100 yards and the Corner Flag bar is on the next juntion on the left side.
From Kerry side (Through Foynes):
  • Coming into Limerick you will be on the N69 route passing Curraghchase, Kildimo and Mungret and arrive at the Dock Road roundabout, take the second exit (straight through).
    The cement factory will be on your left.
  • Keep going and take the right turn before Dolan's pub.
    The next street is Curry street but you can't turn right.
  • Turn left at the next junction onto Limerick's Henry street.
    Travel 100 yards and the Corner Flag bar is on the next juntion on the left side.
From Dublin side:
  • From Dublin you will be on the N7 passing Annacotty, at the Annacotty roundabout take the second exit (straight through).
  • Take the second exit at the next roundabout, Kilmurry roundabout, (c).
  • Take the second exit at the next roundabout, Groody roundabout, (straight through).
    All this while, University Limerick will be on your right side.
  • At the next roundabout, Parkway roundabout, take the second exit (straight through).
  • This road will bring you along Clare Street, Patrick's Street and the bottom of O'Connell Street. Drive towards the top of O'Connell Street and you can turn right at the monument. The next left junction is Henry street, taking the next left will bring you to the junction with O'Curry street. The Corner Flag is on your right side.
From Clare side:
  • Coming in from Clare you will be on the N18 route, which is a dual carriageway. At the end of the dual carriageway is Coonagh roundabout, take the second exit (turning right).
  • At the next roundabout (Clonmacken), take the second exit (straight through).
  • This road will bring you over Shannon Bridge and to another rounabout. Take the third exit (turning right).
  • O'Curry Street is the third left, take this and travel to the top of the road.
    The Corner Flag will be on your left at this junction.
